Refund Policy

Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer refunds once an item has been picked up or delivered. However:

  • If there is a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing item, or a quality issue), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
     

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, as we’ve already begun baking or sourcing your ingredients.
