Processing Time
All orders are freshly baked to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare your items before they ship. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Local Pickup / Delivery
If you're located in Toledo, we offer free local pickup and limited local delivery. You'll see these options at checkout if your zip code qualifies.
Shipping Perishables
Our baked goods are packaged with care to ensure freshness upon arrival. Perishable items are shipped early in the week (typically Monday–Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly.
Order Issues / Lost Packages

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order (e.g., damaged items, incorrect items), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
